I worked with Marian at Ubiquity / Avaya and have very fond memories of him. He was a human machine when it came to sports. He had an amazing social personality and was well liked by his peers. Will miss his smile ,demeanour and presence at any future reunions :(. My condolences to his family in this difficult time. Rest in Peace Marian!!

I worked with Marian at Ubiquity (we also reconnected briefly at Nokia). Great person, loved to laugh and make others laugh too. I was an avid runner back then. I was headed out for my lunch time run and Marian told me he'd like to join me some day. I accidentally touched his competitive nerve when I mentioned that it was a 5 km loop and I planned on a 4 and a half minute pace. He said 'I'm coming right now!' He had work out clothes with him... but no shoes it turned out. His reputation was on the line, so he came with me anyway... in the 32 degree heat, running in his sandals! What a machine! That memory still makes me smile.
You'll be missed Marian!

What a shock and so sad to learn of Marian's passing. I had the pleasure to work with Marian since 1996 at various companies but also used to play tennis and squash with him back in the days. It was always a pleasure to be with him and be competitive in sports.
Darclee and Sara you are and will be in our prayers. The world will not be the same without Marian but he is leaving us with lots of amazing memories. Our sincere condolences to you.

My fondest memory of Marian was when I talked with him at our last get together. He always has something interesting to talk about. A tragedy to loose a one-of-a-kind person in this world. I've very sorry to hear about Marian's passing. I loved working with him at Ubiquity. We used to share kid stories and Ukraine/Romania comparisons. (My heritage is Ukraine). I will always remember his laugh, wit and smarts.

Rest in peace. Such an amazing, wonderful man. Marian will be dearly missed by so many who knew and loved him. Many memories of Marian. First one is him running with my dog Dash though the water at Sandbanks. He didn't run...he flew! I couldn't believe how fast he could run!! Secondly, watching him admire his beautiful baby girl when I used to go and help out. Third - reaching into the middle cupboard to get a piece of dark chocolate. Oh how he enjoyed it! Another memory is of his smiling face and his zest for life. He truly was the energizer bunny! Love you & miss you. Hugs and love to his beautiful, caring family. I first met Marian when he was a joyful 11 years old boy, always in the company of his brother and always extremely happy.They were full of fun and laughter ,the heart of all family events.

Marian, a good man, wiser than us all. Such a zest for life and what it held. He will be surely missed. Our deepest condolences to Darcle and Sara. I can still remember to this day how Marian stole my wife at our wedding (Romanian Tradition) and I had to pay many bottles of wine to get her back :-) He was witty, intelligent, good humoured, and he devoted himself to his family.
