Highland Park Cemetery is a tranquil retreat located on 120 acres in rural Kanata. Just five minutes from the Canadian Tire Centre, it offers a range of choices, from columbarium and private family estate lots to traditional upright and flat marker burial plots.

In addition to its tranquil rural setting, Highland Park boasts exquisite landscaping, including a pond, walking paths and a pagoda against the backdrop of the Gatineau Hills.

Casket Burial

Highland Park offers a range of gravesite locations, each unique and offering a different character. Most graves and lots allow for either an upright memorial or a flat marker amidst tranquil settings. In addition to a range of affordable options, family lots are also available. We would be happy to discuss your needs.

Cremation

Cremations are now the preferred choice for most Canadian families planning a dignified, yet cost-effective memorial service. Cremation urns can be interred in a casket site or in our peaceful urn garden.

Columbariums

Our columbarium niches are spread throughout the cemetery. We can provide space for above ground entombment of cremation.

Payment Options

There are several ways to pre-pay for your final arrangements. Our options are flexible, too, and can be tailored to your budget.

Single, fully pre-paid payment
Deposit payment, accrued to growth and applied as a credit to prevailing funeral costs at the time of need
Monthly payments, with costs spread out over periods of one, three, five or ten years. Except for the one year plan, our payment options include protection during the payment period and at the completion of the plan. Through this service, we guarantee your arrangements will not be subject to future inflation.
