Obituary of Steve Gravel
It is with great sadness that the family of Steve Marcel Gravel announce his unexpected passing
on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at the age of 44.
Steve will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Chelsea, and fur babies, Bella and Tucker. He is
survived by his father, Gilles Gravel. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister-in-law Terri-Lynne Gravel and nieces and nephews, Kayla, Amber (Adam), Marc, James, Jeremiah and Gabriel as well as his great niece Ashtyn. He will also be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Steve found his dream job late in life as a FedEx courier where he was able to drive on the
country roads while chatting with customers and listening to his favourite radio station CHRI.
Steve loved the outdoors. He looked forward to fishing, camping and boating every summer. He
enjoyed playing darts and card games and loved to cook and read his bible. His love for his
dogs was never-ending.
Please join Steve’s family in celebrating his life on Saturday, March 11, 2023. A visitation will be
held from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 PM at Vanier
Community Church/Capital City Biker’s Church, 155 Carillon Street, Vanier, Ontario, K1L 5X9. A
reception will follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested remembrance be made in the form of contributions to
