When he retired, he moved back home to Ottawa.
The family wishes to express their thankfulness and appreciation to Paramed’s home care team and Bayshore Healthcare’s palliative care team for their ongoing support during the last few months of Martin’s life.
In memory of Martin/Dad/Gramps, read a book, watch a movie, enjoy a good meal, travel the world, and, most importantly, stay connected with family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 26th from 1 to 4 pm at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa Ontario K2C 3H9.
All are welcome.
