Growing up as Jennifer’s friend, I was lucky to have spent some time with Nanny. I remember her always looking very nicely put together with her make up done just so. She was fun and so down to earth for a grandmother. I know she had such an influence on Jen. She demonstrated that women can be beautiful and feminine but also strong and powerful. The passing of Nanny leaves not only a hole in the hearts of the family but a hole in this world.
