Paul's determination and strength is and was an example of preservation. He made is all stronger
With his ability to live and enjoy what he could.
We all learned something from Paul.
Now Paul is in a better place than what we could only imagine.Paul starts his new chapter in heaven
And starts all over where he has left off on earth.
God bless his parents, his sister and all who were lucky to have known him.

To Fred, Chris, Leanne and extended family members,
We remember Paul as a boy, when we all lived in Fergus. We especially recall him spinning the wheels on his collection of Matchbox-type cars and the way, when playing with them, he would pronounce 'Volkswagen'.. We all still say Volkswagen the same way Paul did. He was always so active and high spirited then and, it would seem, throughout his life. We also remember the incredible surprise we got, when years later, one day our kitchen was suddenly full of Pelleys. You were moving to the Ottawa area and stopped in to say hello. Paul was so much the same, still fun and funny and happy.
He was a lucky man. He had a family that loved him so much and many friends, all of whom helped him to grow into an important, vital, productive life. Goodbye Paul.

My condolences to all Paul's family. I take pride in being so lucky to get to know Paul and be part of his life, it was an honor! His one liners, sense of humor, his smile, his memories that he would share, his love for his family and all his dreams. He will be SO greatly missed by his peers and staff. I know when I have to walk by his room to go to my office, my heart sinks but than the memories of all the good times come back and a smile easily appears. Rest peacefully Paul-you will be greatly missed!!

I met Paul at his day program at Arc Industries and he would make me laugh daily. We enjoyed talking about his dog Brandy girl and I would enjoy making him laugh by calling him Paul Peppermint Pelley. Truly a kind person with a heart of gold he will be missed but not forgotten. Paul I hope you and Brandy are together again.

Paul is whom we call a VIP. If you don't understand its someone who needs chronic help.
He shared jokes . We listened to the sens beat the leafs as he went through care.
His parents are nothing short but amazing.
It's sad to see him leave, but he will now be at peace.
He was one of the first on shift to meet my puppy Lycan.
I wish nothing but love.
I'll remember always to fold that face cloth appropriately.
Amanda pca critical care.
Wish nothing for the family but love.

Paul was a wonderful fella! He was so strong, funny, kind and caring. He always had a good word for everyone he met. He was so friendly and social. He was a great advocate for himself and his peers. His love for his family had no limits. It was a pleasure to know him and be able to support him. He will indeed be missed by everyone that knew him. My thoughts are with his extended family and friends.
