Robin was a great help in the beginning stages of the Diefenbunker Development Group (DDG) as it morphed into "The Diefenbunker, Canada's Cold War Museum". She expertly guided the creation of the NFP corporation the bylaws and the charitable status. She was always kind, supportive, funny and insightful. Everyone liked her!
She is and will be missed, so much!!

I was very saddened to hear of Robin’s passing last week. She was a tremendous community leader who worked very hard behind the scenes to build a healthier community for all. I had the pleasure of working with her at Arnprior Regional Health over the last four years and it was her wisdom and tenacity that brought strength to our team. Plus her witty humour always helped to lighten up the room on many occasions. Her passing is a great loss for the community and we will miss her dearly. On behalf of the ARH Board, please accept our deepest sympathies on your family’s loss. Our thoughts are with you all.

My sincere condolences to Antek, Jas, Simon and the Sully family.
I had the good fortune and privilege to work with Robin for twelve years up close and through thick and thin, through times of plenty as well as scrambling to make ends meet, because that is the reality of international development work. Robin had an infectious zest for justice and unwavering determination to make this world a better place, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles. And she did all that and much more with an equally infectious sense of humour. She was a great boss, mentor and friend. I will miss her dearly!

Robin and I first met in Cambodia thirty years ago. A few years later, when she asked me to join her team at the CBA, I was thrilled. The next almost ten years became the most fulfilling and rewarding years of my career. During those years and beyond, Robin’s wisdom and dedication, her empathy, generosity and her way of caring for others, never ceased to amaze me.
For those of us who had the privilege and honor to work with her at the CBA’s IDC, Robin was not only a leader, but also a role model, someone who makes you want to become a better person.
She was unique, always positive, diplomatic and trying to reach a consensus, even in the most desperate situations where her charm and sense of humor never failed her.
Robin, I have so many wonderful memories of our working trips to China and Vietnam, our passionate discussions and laughter! You were so much fun to be with, even when we did not agree on everything. You were a spectacular woman!
I love you my dear friend! You will always be in my heart!
Antek, Simon, Jasmine and family, please accept my deepest condolences!

I offer my heartfelt condolences to the family and all the friends of Robin.
I offer as well to her family my endless admiration for all that Robin did, in Canada and around the world, to promote justice and the rule of law, to help lawyers and judges near and far and wide, and to leave everywhere an indelible impression and memory of what can be accomplished by Canada and by her well-meaning ambassadors, for Robin was as good an ambassadress as Canada has ever had.
It was always elevating to work with Robin, a happy, human and fulfilling time of getting things done the right way, for the right reasons, for the right people. I know that she had this elevating effect on many, and consider myself very lucky to have been one of them.

It is with a heavy heart that I share my deepest condolences with Robin’s family and friends. Robin was an extraordinary woman—a true force of nature. Her genuine spirit, boundless energy, and authentic, down-to-earth nature made her an inspiration to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
During her six years on the Board of the Justice Education Society (JES) and its International Program Committee, Robin brought unparalleled knowledge, wisdom, and a deep passion for justice. She had a special love for the international work, and her insights and advice were invaluable to me as the former CEO of JES. I will always be grateful for the chance to speak with her just over one week ago—her warmth, humour, and brilliance shone through in every word.
Robin left a lasting impression on so many of us, and her legacy will continue to inspire and guide our work and lives. She was truly one of a kind, and she will be deeply missed.
My thoughts are with all who loved her, as we remember and celebrate the remarkable woman she was.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Sonia
