Dear Christine and Lesley
It was very nice to meet you ladies yesterday. As we mentioned, Tom and your dad are cousins. Although it has been several years since we last saw David, we will remember the fun chats we had about “old” times when we did meet. We will also always cherish the family photos that he shared with us.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you for the loss of your father. May your memories bring you comfort and may he rest in peace.

I have a lot of fond memories of Dave, but one ongoing joke is at the top of the list. Darryl and I knew how much he loved lobster, so since we live on the East Coast, it was a tradition for us to have lobster on special occasions. The first thing we did each time we had lobsters in a pot was to snap a picture and send if to Dave and Bonnie to show them what we'd serve them when they came for a visit.. That was often followed up with a phone call telling Dave how good they tasted. We always made sure to have lobster and a seafood chowder when he visited, and I can still picture that huge grin as he was about to dig in.

What can I say about Dave... To know him was to love him. Dave loved his home family and his Nordion family and his presence filled a room with the biggest smile ever and I am saddened to hear of his passing. To Dear Bonnie and his extended family, may his treasured memories bring much joy along with your tears and know that we share in your sadness. Rest in Peace - my dear friend.
