Obituary of Abraham Lipson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Abraham (Abe) Lipson at the Civic Hospital on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at the age of 93.  Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Anne Jamieson Lipson (Patrick). Loving father to Anne Lynne (Dean Pengelly), Mark (Amy) and Laura.  Cherished grandfather of David, Matthew and Sabrina. Much loved uncle to many nieces and nephews and friend to many others. Predeceased by his parents Freda and Samuel Lipson and his elder brothers Leon and Max Lipson. Special thanks to Dr. Michael Malek and the staff at Hillel Lodge for their dedicated care.  A celebration of life will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 from 2-4 p.m.  A private burial service will be held for immediate family only.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hillel Lodge Long Term Care Foundation.
