Obituary of Betty Ann True

Betty Ann was born on February 5, 1947, in Ottawa, Ontario to Eric G. (predeceased) and Roberta (Maveety) True and had three brothers, Eric (Nicole), Keith (JoAnne) and Anthony (Lori Ann), as well as many nephews and nieces.

Betty Ann was blessed by her extended family from the Ivanhoe Group Home located at 810 Ivanhoe Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, who loved and cared for her every needs. We wish to express our deep gratitude to all staff for their outstanding care.

Betty Ann passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in her 76th year at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario. We wish to thank all the staff for the attentive care provided to her during her stay. There will be no formal service for Betty Ann. A private family gathering to honour her will be held at a later date.
