Obituary of Mina Shaffaf

My sister Mina was a kind thoughtful and quiet human being.when she was a toddler my mother would go and check on her while sleeping to make sure that she was breathing.this same girl became a trailblazer when she was a teenager after becoming a teacher with her first pay she bought a special youth model Iranian car named Paykaan .While in high school she had a Jewish friend as well as a Baha’i friend.In her eyes we are all children of the same god.After she married she came to Canada and had her boy in Ottawa unfortunately the baby suffered from lack of oxygen and for 23 years Mina had to care for him around the clock to make life easier and get away from winter cold she moved to sunny Sam Diego and lived there for many years.Throughout her life she was always ready to give a helping hand to her siblings and recently she looked after my mother and made sure my father was well looked after.Dear Mina you have left us too soon with a big gaping hole in our hearts. My dear beautiful sister I know you are free of pain and glowing with a mesmerizing smile will love you always.
