Obituary of Ida Burdett

Passed away peacefully in her bed in Kanata, Ontario, on Wednesday December 27, 2023, at the age of 102 yrs. She was born in Williamstown, N.B. on August 5,1921. Ida was the daughter of Percy Prior and Beatrice Anderson, as well as the sister to Lee, Joyce, Blair and John, all deceased. Ida was the beloved wife of Norman Burdett for 53 yrs, also deceased.Together they made wonderful memories of camping, travelling and being with friends and family. Survived by her sister-in-law Marilyn. Ida will be fondly remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank the care teams both in Burlington and Kanata. All involved were very helpful and compassionate.

Her ashes will be scattered in the spring to mingle with her husband's ashes, in their favorite spot in Burlington Ontario.
