Marylene and I feel so sorry for your loss. Bruno was an exceptional person, bright with a great sense of humour.
Both Bruno and Grazia welcomed me in Ottawa when I was just arrived from Livorno, and they helped me to feel closer to home.
We shared many happy times and I will cheer in my heart these memories. I feel honoured to have known Bruno and learned about his life. Debbie I really hope that you and Len will go through this difficult times.

It was with great sadness that we learned of Bruno and Grazia's passing. We fondly remember the many wonderful times we spent with them in Sarasota, Florida. They were so much fun to be with and we would eat, laugh, drink some wine and have a wonderful time! We will dearly miss them.. But, we still have our memories. We shared our love of Italy and, when we got together, it gave us a chance to practice our Italian; Bruno and Grazia were so patient with us. They were our very favorite "snowbirds." We are certain they are looking down at us all from their cloud in heaven and hoping that we all will take pleasure during our time on this earth.
May you know the peace and comfort this heartfelt thought provides...the ones we love are never gone, they live on within our hearts.

Dear Debbie, Len, Kelly, Bella & Luke,
I am so sorry to hear of your Father/Grandtather's passing. I know how dearly each of you loved him and passing so close to Christmas puts a different spin on the Holiday Season. Rest assured (as I believe this as well), this he is back with Grazia this Christmas. Imagine the celebration they are having ?
Hang on to the happy memories, the fun times, and speak of him often. It will feel like he is only in the next room if you keep his memory alive with many wonderful remembrances.
Thinking of you all during this changing time,
Cathy Lawlor

Uncle Dearest,
You were my uncle from Canada, for so many years..
I remember when you arrived in Livorno and you were also in Lucca!
You’d bring me the Canada pin, we’d have American breakfast, we’d walk around, and you’d tell me so much about your life, and Aunt would read books to me and love me.
I have loved you so much and you will always be in my heart!
Always!!!!
Hi Uncle!
Embrace strongly your Grazia!
Serene and family
