Obituary of Linda St. George
Suddenly at home on Monday, November 6, 2023 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of Michael Hummel. Loving mother of Richard (Misha) and Véronique (Rhudi). Cherished grandmother of Leon and Remi. Dear sister of Gerry. Predeceased by her parents Reginald St. George and Magella (née Magny) St. George.
Linda was a talented business analyst, a generous spirit with friends and family, and an avid painter. During her time working for the government, she contributed to the success of many projects and gave her full attention and powerful intellect to the problems she was hired to solve. Linda was always willing to give the shirt off her back to anyone that needed it, whether it be a stranger or close friend. Nothing gave her more joy than to give her grandchildren a smile with her affection or to sit down to a thanksgiving meal with her family. Second to family was her love of nature and her ability to express that love through painting. Her warm spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 6 to 8 pm. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice appreciated. Condolences and Tributes may be shared at colefuneralservices.com.
