Dear Ian & Janet
.I met Joyce at the Kanata senior center through Marilyn Thompson... We sat together at the luncheons and became good friends..These Gals introduced me to the Royal Oak Pub where the jazz band played before moving to Busters.
Joyce loved the band & all it entailed. We had a great time!! Your Mom was a real inspiration as someone who always saw the bright side. Your visits were always special. I am so sorry to have lost a dear friend.
My thoughts & prayers are with you at this very sad & unexpected passing. May Joyce Rest In Peace.

Joyce & I were good friends for 13 years. We met at the Senior's Center & shared many wonderful experiences. We also shared our families lives with each other. I feel that I have known Ian & Janet for many years. She loved you all so much & was very proud of you... I shall miss her. My thoughts & prayers go with her family.
Marilyn.
