Obituary of Patricia Logan

With great sadness the family of Patricia Maureen Logan (nee Traini) announce her passing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the age of 92.

Patricia is lovingly remembered by her son Clive and grandson Andrew, by her daughter-in-law Lorie, by her grandchildren Zoe and Ken, their partners Joe and Liz, by her great grandchildren Erik, Malcolm, Oliver, Ibiza, Shyanna, Joshua and Solstice and by numerous family members and friends.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents Annie and Bernard, her siblings Irene, Beryl, Brenda, Maurice, Bernard, by her son Malcolm and by her husband Haydn.

Patricia was born in 1930 in the city of London, England. Her earliest experiences were coloured by the challenges of war. In 1956 Patricia and Haydn along with their two children emigrated to Canada. Ten years later Patricia found her life career on Parliament Hill from 1965 to 2018, first working with the Honourable Joe Greene and finishing as an editor at Hansard. Her life was full of wonderful relationships with many people of every place and background and with a sparkle in her eye and a smile on her lips she had a kind, funny story and loving remembrance of you all. And a laugh of joyful mischief.

A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held at the family home October 1, 2022 at 1:00 pm. A private interment of her ashes at the Pinecrest Cemetery will follow.
