My condolence to the family of Tim on his Passing. As Tims cousin we spend many times together years ago at family gatherings. As a retired Platoon Chief myself I kept track of Tim through my connections. Tim took on the challenge of serving the city of Ottawa in a noble profession and it citizens. May the Last Alarm and Bell toll loud. May he rests in Peace .
