Obituary of Pauline Bonnaventure

Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Wednesday, November 11, 2021, at the age of 74, with her family by her side. Loving wife of Roland. Cherished Mom to Philip (Patty), Nicole Dobinson (Matthew). Proud and much-loved grandma of Elliana, Isla, Olivia, and Parker. Sister to Claudia (Ken), Margot (Bruce) and David.  

Pauline was born in Montreal. In her younger years she was a competitive swimmer. Pauline was a devoted mother, an active parent volunteer at school. She volunteered as a Brownie/Girl Guide leader and shared this experience with her daughter. Pauline had many passions which included her love for reading, she was a talented knitter and crocheter and enjoyed cooking.

Pauline always wanted to make others happy and always put other’s needs before hers. In her most recent years, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and socializing with the neighbours.

In honouring Pauline’s wishes, a Private Family Funeral Service has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of Pauline can be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
