Dad, I miss you so much. I miss our walks and our talks. You were always there when I would pop in for a visit and happy to see me and take the time to spend with me. I will forever treasure the time we spent together going to Antique car shows all over Ontario and especially the Hershey Pennsylvania trips. I still remember when we asked one Vendor if he had anything for a 1929 Plymouth or a 52 Buick and he replied “ nothing but sympathy “ we laughed and both repeated the story to others. Your advice to me throughout my life is priceless and I am proud to hear anyone say to me “you remind me of your Dad Gary”
You were always the one that you could call for help or advice anytime. Thanks for all those home videos.
I will always be proud to say “That’s my Dad”
Love from your favourite Son! Jeff

Dad, I miss you so very much. I miss your calm, kind, loving, and steady demeanour, your wise and gentle mannerisms, your outstanding role-modelling abilities, and wonderful parenting (and grandparenting) techniques, your balanced lifestyle and healthy living, and your deep love and devotion for your wife and family.
You sought happiness and joy in life always, as often as possible, in every minute of each precious day. Throughout my childhood and adult life, you taught me (and everyone else in your presence) to enjoy life more and to worry less. You had a peacefulness about you and your jokes were hilarious and very animated.
A chat with you was like feeling a gentle breeze, gently easing away any concerns; instead of worries, offering up an opportunity to envelop sunshine moments and positivity into the heart and soul. You were a man of few words; when you spoke, you were insightful and your messages were well-thought through, so I knew that listening fully and deeply was wise.
Dad, you were our Family Rock, the strength of our family - and you will always be exactly that. You are a part of each and every one of us. We will "love you forever and like you for always" and keep you close to us eternally in our hearts and memories forever. Love Linda

Gail, Jeff, Linda, Debbie, and extended family,
Our sincere condolences on Gary's passing.
Gary was considered an 'Elder' and a Mentor by many of us n the Teltech trade.
A wonderful man, in all respects, with a sharp mind and dry sense of humour. He will be missed at our monthly Telcomm Fellowship get-togethers.
Best,
Nathan and Diane Cooper

Dear Gail, Jeff, Linda, & Debbie :
We were so terribly sad to learn of Gary’s death and can only imagine how lost you must be feeling. Gail - we are so thankful that you organized our brunch excursion in September and that we got to share time with you both. As usual Gary was giving me ‘tech’ advice and thanks to him, I went out and bought a myself an Apple Watch. Gary was always ready with a joke, a laugh and an interesting story. I know he leaves a hole in your heart and that it’s not something easily filled but I’m sure he’s sitting up with Monica, having his tea leaves read! She would be happy to know that we have kept this long friendship intact Gail. Please let us know whatever we can do. Aileen & Maurice Davies

Gail, Linda, Debby and Jeff, this is a wonderful photo of Uncle Gary. He would be so proud that you chose this one. He was without a doubt a loved and respected man and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please know that our hearts go out to all of you, we can only imagine the void that is left in your family, and that we are sure he is up there with his big sister Betty and brother in law Don sharing lots of funny stories about each of us! Love and hugs to each of you, always in our hearts, Terry and Tammy
