I have known Barb for 20 years as I work in the building that her and Bob live in. Barb was kind, generous and very funny with her dry sense of humour. She always had cookies for the dogs on bank street or if staff brought their dogs in, she would throw them off her balcony to them. She also loved feeding the squirrels their peanuts :0) I will miss her dearly. Lisa Seguin (CCOC)
I knew Barbara when I worked at the House of Commons.. she was truly a wonderful person and a dear friend. My sympathies to Bob, Kim, and all the Arnold family. RIP Barbara. Marie Letcher.
