Aoife was born and grew up in Dublin Ireland, and moved to Canada when she was 19 for "one year". However, she fell in love with Ottawa and carved out a wonderful life here. Her love of children was amazing, leading her to work in childcare her whole life. Kids automatically gravitated to her, and she loved each and everyone of them. She was a huge part of the darting community, and will be sorely missed by everyone.

The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the hematology department at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus for all their hard work, compassion and kindness over the last year, she loved you all.
