Sending deepest sympathy to all the family. We were delighted to have Evelyn as a friendly neighbour and friend with whom we shared many happy times including dinner at her home where she prepared a lovely meal in specially decorated table designs. She was a great photographer who took pictures at our parties, Katrina's 18th birthday, our Silver Anniversary and other events and generously gave them to us. She was always friendly and helpful. Evelyn was an elegant, warm and friendly person whom we will miss a lot. Her smile brightened up our day !

Dear Kim and Family - My condolences on your recent loss of Evelyn. What a bittersweet occasion for me, coming across this tribute to her, based on her photo, as I did not know her last name when we worked together at Bayshore, more than 40 years ago now. Evelyn was a beautiful person throughout, and it showed through her gracious and friendly manner to everyone. I admired her elegant style, and keen interest in the people around her. She encouraged me to continue my studies which was good advice!
One of my key memories was when I saw her being collected after work by you Kim, [I think], in an unusual car: an AMC Pacer, and asking if she liked the car as, although it was stylish, I had heard about mechanical issues with it. She laughed and said it was all good so far, and she loved the extra visibility the windows gave.
Evelyn, you were one of the good ones and I do treasure those memories of our shared time. Karen C.

My deepest condolences to you . I met Evelyn through my work at Bank of Montreal. She was without a doubt one of the most beautiful, elegant ladies that I had ever met . She exuded grace, style and a wonderful sense of charm that captivated all of us at BMO.
May she Rest In Peace and Rise in Glory.

Evelyn was like a mother to me, I will never forget the day she and Allan came to Waterloo just to make sure I was doing alright. She will forever be in my heart!!

To Kim, Mark and family,
Evelyn was a wonderful woman who's beautiful smile could light up a room. I will miss going for walks in the garden, looking through fashion magazines and the occasional dancing to music together. She will truly be missed.
May your memories be a comfort to you in this difficult time

Dear Kim and Mark
My heartfelt sympathy to you both for the loss of your beautiful mother. I’ve often thought of her over the years and remembered her kind words of praise for me, Tara and Tracey. She loved looking after Bianca, our little dog. It gave her such joy. She will be missed.
Thinking of you,
Ermie
