Obituary of Robert Earl Carswell

Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 9, 2021 at age 90 years. Bob was predeceased by his beloved wife Betty, son Rob, granddaughter Tori, sister Audrey and brother Lou. He is lovingly remembered by his children Linda Houlahan (Pat), Steve (Elaine), Paul (Kim), Doug and Ann (Kevin) and daughter-in-law Bobbie. Cherished grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 13. Brother of Don and Norma as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob enjoyed over 50 years at Deer Mountain Resort where he loved to spend time at his trailer. He was an avid fisherman. His wit and sense of humour will be missed by many including friends of the Kanata Sports Club and the Bells Corner Legion

A private family service has been held. Inurnment at Pinecrest Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to Candlelighters (Tori's Helping Hand) or to The Diabetes Association.
