Obituary of Audrey E. Lowe (nee Patchett)

Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2021 at New Orchard Lodge in Ottawa.

Audrey was born 5th of seven children to Della Morby and Roy Patchett in Port Credit, Ontario, Canada.  She had been married to James Howard Lowe for 67 years when he passed in 2014. She and Jim loved round and square dancing with their Ottawa groups, singing with friends and family and music of all sorts.

Audrey's life profession was wife, mother and Nana, all of which she excelled at.  She was loving mother of Gail Brooker (Colin), James RH Lowe (Marlene),Ron Lowe and Glenda Bennett (the late Dave Bennett). Much loved by her 7 grandchildren James Lowe Jr., Susan Lowe, Tricia Gheorghe, Craig Brooker,Koni Bennett, Kari Lambert and Robert Lowe, and her 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Vereda “Babe” Lucas (the late Joe Lucas) and pre-deceased by siblings Lloyd Patchett (Liz), Dorothy “Bid” Campbell (Bob), Roy Patchett, Howard “Butch” Patchett (Betty) and Clifford “Bud” Patchett (Daphne). She will be missed by many, many nieces, and nephews across Canada.
