Our dear brother Shane, you left us far too soon.
It’s your birthday today, I can picture you having a cold one. I still am not believing you are gone. I will so miss your smile and laughter. You were such an unselfish , loyal and very giving man. Always there there for anyone, to do whatever,no complaints, no judgment.
Truly a kind gentle soul who will be missed so much.
“You got that right!”
I love you Shane, Rest In Peace big brother.
Colleen

My uncle Shane was the sweetest guy who always had a smile on his face. I will always remember when I was kid we sang along to Alan Jackson together, we went to the Alan Jackson concert with my Nana Linda, Mom and Aunt Sharon. I’ll always remember him being a big help for odd jobs and being best buds with my Grandpa Jim. Recently I drove uncle Shane from Belleville to Ottawa, we shared a fun road trip together listening to Alan Jackson, talking about race cars and laughing the whole way home. I’m happy that was our last memory together. Rest In Peace uncle Shane❤️ Much love

To the young man I fondly remember playing ping pong against on the kitchen table at the farm house. My deepest sorrow for the loss to your family. I hope you're up there telling your parents a good joke.

My most powerful memories of Uncle Shane are of him helping to get it done.
He was always helping, always getting it done.
Not all heros wear capes. Some of them wear boots and a smile.
RIP Uncle Shane.

I'll always remember joking around with Shane in our younger years on the farm. Although, in later years, we didn't see each other often Shane always had a big smile and made me feel welcome. I hope I did the same for him. I know that Auntie Kay and Uncle Tarz have Shane in their warm embrace. RIP Shane.

My condolences to the family. Shane was a great man, awesome friend. We used to sit on his balcony with a cold one and watch the sun go down listening to Chattahoochee and good time by alan jackson oh did he ever love his country music. I remember trying to put switch the music to hip hop and he got up tries to do a little dance and then straight up told me to put his country music back on. He will be deeply missed by many and will forever be in our hearts. R.I.P my friend.

Shane, "How YOU doin'?" I miss you my bro. I'm going to laugh a little more, appreciate what I have a little more, know that you're with me when I need a little boost. Thanks for always making me laugh, feel good about ME and for having the honour of having you in my life in a way that has given me so many wonderful memories and lessons to live by. It gives me comfort to know that we said we loved each other on the phone the night before you passed. For this I am grateful. Love, Bonnie xoxoxo
