Obituary of Wolfgang Glombeck
Sadly on January 23, 2021 Wolfgang passed away at the age of 85. He was born on April 3, 1935 in Berlin, Germany. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Anna Glombeck (nee Gollek) and his twin sister Inge Tarnaske (nee Glombeck) He immigrated to Canada in 1957, he worked as a Certified Photo Engraver before becoming a Skilled Brick Mason. In June 1976 he became a Canadian Citizen. Wolfgang was a strong independent person who over the years had many interests and hobbies. Over the years he enjoyed playing soccer with his friends at the Maple Leaf – Almrausch Club, as well as bowling and golfing with them. He travelled, pursued photography, painted canvasses and most recently downloading hours of music. He will be forever remembered by his niece Monika (Dean), nephew Manuel (Rachel), great-nephew Paul (Keri & their children Ayva & Miah), great-niece Cristy (Stefan & their children Layla & Clark) and his brother in law Emil (Gerta).
