Very sad news. I've known Belinda for over 40 years. She is the reason I know my wife Stephanie, who I met at Colonial Furniture on Bank Street in Ottawa. Belinda got me job at the store, where she worked part-time, in 1981. Stephanie worked there part-time as well. Without Belinda's help, we never would have met. The rest is history.
Belinda and I were always friends, even after she and my brother Randy went their separate ways. I last saw Belinda at Jennifer's wedding in 2018. I think we even had a dance! To Jennifer, Chris and Lindsey, cherish the memory of your mother. She was a wonderful person. To Randy, while I know you and Belinda went your separate ways many years ago, you still remained friends given that you had three children to love and support. This has been hard for you as well. Remember that you and Belinda have raised three wonderful children. Belinda: Rest in peace.
