Obituary of Jason Robert Yenson

It is with great sadness that we announce that Jason has peacefully passed away on June 15 2020 at Ruddy Shenkman Hospice at the age of 38. Loving husband of Kathy, treasured papa to Tristen & Eva. Cherished son of Sandy & Robert. Adoring brother to Amanda. Jason will also be remembered by his extended family, cousins, and dear friends. The well being of family and friends was most important to Jason, never expecting anything in return. He enjoyed his career at the City of Ottawa, playing hockey, spending time with his family, friends. The family would like to thank the caring, compassionate staff and volunteers at Ruddy Shenkman hospice. Thank you to the 7th floor at the Ottawa General campus for their great care. Thank you to all of Jason’s friends, coworkers for supporting him through this journey. A small private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to Covid 19. Those wishing to make a donation in Jason’s memory would be appreciated to Ruddy Shenkman Hospice.
