Peter Drake was very kind to me during and extremely difficult time of my life. He would go way beyond what is usually expected of a teacher with his sense of compassion and desire to help everyone in his class. I will never forget him. May he rest in peace

I would like to echo Stephen's words above. Peter Drake was an outstanding teacher and an example to all who work in that noble profession. He had time for everyone and a bad word for no one. He was a true gentleman and an example to all who knew him. He will be sorely missed by the community he served.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of this wonderful man. There cannot be a single person who did not think well of him; I doubt he had a cross word with anyone in the whole of his life. He was gracious to all and hard on none. He lived his life the way we should ALL live. God bless you Peter Drake and may you sleep well in eternity.
