I had the pleasure of meeting Dusan through my husband, Justin. He always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome, not just as a friend, but like family. Dusan was the best boss I've ever had. Like many others, he was a fatherly figure. He was really loved. He put up with all the trouble I've caused him at Nandos and I am honestly amazed he didn't fire me. For that I was truly grateful. I remember all the times my husband and I bought him a cake for his birthdays and his smiles made it worth it. He was the only person to call me Isabella, had great jokes and the countless times he scared me at Nandos, my goodness haha♡ I used to sing a lot and he'd laugh at my lyrics & oprah-ish voice. I had the pleasure of getting to know him not just as my boss but as a friend. He taught me so much about the work he did and life lessons that have helped me become a better person. One of the things I missed seeing at Nandos was seeing Dusan and Renata share a laugh together at work♡ Or making his gawd forsakenly awful smelling Hazelnut coffee in the mornings at work. If it wasn't for Dusan, Nando's would not be where it is today. He loved his job so much and put so much hard work into it and head office showed very little appreciation towards him. May God ease the hearts of his family and may he reach the highest of heavens. Love you Dusan and may you rest in peace. It's like one of your daughters said, you can finally have your day off♡

Dusan was more of a father figure than a manager. He was the kindest soul I knew and I had joined nandos at a time of distress and Dusan helped me overcome my pain during that time. He treated all of his nandocas like his own family and treated us all special. I wish I could have said bye to him

My condolences to the all the family and close friends. I too, am really quite shocked because his fitness seemed great. I really enjoyed playing football/soccer with--but mostly against him, despite him being faster and significantly more skilled. Always so pleasant on the field and will be greatly missed by the boys.
