Joanne (Apps) and I were co-workers in the 1970's and 1980's at Transport Canada (Central Publishing Division), Ottawa. She was one of the kindest, warmest, genuine (and yes, gorgeous) people I have ever met. I consider myself fortunate to have known her and to call her my friend. Rest in peace beautiful lady. xoxoxo My sincere condolences to her loving children, family and friends.
