Dr Zarko Stojanac and Dr Nada Vlah Stojanac were dear family friends. I fondly remember our family visits with them and their daughters Milena and Vederna at every major celebration during my childhood.
Both Zarko and Nada were always so well informed and curious. I was frequently inspired at how they were both always learning, exploring and thinking - and impeccably dressed!
Milena and Vedrena, my sincerest condolences for your tremendous loss. Your support for your parents during their struggles was unfailing and a testament to their amazing legacy. They are deeply missed.
Zarko was a dear friend of our family. He was a kindest, most pleasant person, a great listener and very generous. Being a fellow chemist gave our friendship another dimension. Both Radmila and I enjoyed very much his company. We shall miss him. Rest in peace, dear Zarko.
