I had no idea Ron had passed. I remember him so well and it was such a joy to have known him. I worked with Ron when I was a summer student in the late 60’s. He was very good to me. His sense of humour got me through many days. He was very bright, kind and generous. Probably one of the most unique people that I will ever encounter in my lifetime. He always had well thought out opinions on everything from politics to social and current events. A great gentleman. RIP.
