Obituary of Franceschina (Anna) Lecce

Anna Lecce (nee Pantusa), passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the age of 93.  Pre-deceased by her husband Giovanni, daughter Ines Fotia (Frank) and brother Salvatore (Sam) Pantusa.  Loving mother to Rosa Fotia (late Mario), Maria Bonacci (Antonio) and Francesco Lecce (Rosina).  Beloved Nonna to eight grandchildren and Bisnonna to seven great grandchildren.  Cherished aunt to Tina Dory (Stefan) and Tommy Pantusa. Special thanks to the staff of Villa Marconi and Dr. Sutton and the staff of A-2 at the Civic Hospital for their compassionate care. 

Friends are invited to Pinecrest Remembrance Services, 2500 Baseline Road on Friday, September 5 from 2-5 & 7-9pm.  Funeral Mass will take place at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 427 Booth Street on Saturday, September 6 at 10am.   Those wishing to do so can make donations in Anna’s name to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
