For Harry
Harry had a way of making days lighter,
With wit that was quick and a grin even brighter.
He’d fix what was broken, with patience and care,
Tech support given with time to spare.
And always, as certain as laughter’s sweet call,
A crossword in hand, the best gift of all.
Small acts of kindness, gestures so true,
That showed in each moment the heart that we knew.
To Ruth and Don, to Corina and kin,
To Kellee and Scott, where his love still lives in,
May comfort be found in the stories retold,
Of Harry, whose humour was richer than gold.
For though he is gone, he is never apart,
He left all his puzzles written deep in our hearts.
