Obituary of William (Bill) Joseph Jeffrey

Passed away in hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2025 in his 80^th year.  Son of the late Gordon Kyle Jeffrey and the late Helen Laurie Jeffrey. Beloved husband of Sandra (Millington). Dear brother of the late Richard Kyle Jeffrey (Mary) and Douglas Gallaher Jeffrey (Helen). Proud uncle and great uncle to 8 nieces and nephews and their 20 children.

A teacher for more than 30 years at Centennial Public School and MacSkimming Outdoor Education Centre, Bill also coached minor hockey and was a tried and true Montreal Canadiens fan (Go Habs!). Bill had a passion for woodworking and enjoyed sharing his creations with those he loved.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Ottawa General Hospital for their care and compassion.

A visitation will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 11am until the time of service in the chapel at 12pm. Inurnment and reception to follow.
