Kerstin and Betty were best friends from high school. Barbro is Kerstin’s older sister by 11 months. Look how they are all wearing dresses to play tennis!

Apparently the first two photos are not Betty but a friend of Barbro's. And the photo was taken in Clarke City, North short of quebec, where my mom was from. But the third picture is definitely your parents.
On behalf of the Birch family and our mother Kerstin we wish to send you our condolences and we are thinking of you during your time of sorrow. Kerstin adored Betty. They were friends in high school and maintained this relationship throughout their lives even as marriages, children, jobs, moves occupied their lives. Talking to Betty, exchanging letters, and bringing their husbands along for the occasional reunion brought our mother much joy throughout her life.
I share your grief at this time of mourning and send you my deepest symphaties. I have very good memories of your mother ( I also remember Vicki and a little Jeff or Doug with a motocycle…) from the time when she came to my father’s house when Grandma Bernadette was alive. My warm thoughts are with you during this difficult time. My sincere condolences for your loss.
