I remember your beautiful mom living down the street from us.
She was always so kind and welcoming. I remember how hard she worked to give your family and children good life. Jasia would always come home after school and put the potatoes on, and help with starting supper before Sabina got home. Sabina was stability, strength and the matriarch of a beautiful Family.

My dearest Ciocia. In 1971 Mom, Walter, Chris and I came to Canada because of your love for us and you believed it was the best path for us to have a better life after dad passed away. You were my Ciocia but you were also like a second Mom. My fondest memories often include large family gatherings, celebrations, weddings and Christmas at your home. Whether a big event or a quick visit you never failed to make everyone feel loved and welcome with your need to fill our bellies before we left. You are dearly loved and you'll be greatly missed.
